Mentorship
Rooted in care. Guided by experience. Powered by community.
A Space to Grow,
and to Give Back
In recreation, tourism & hospitality, we know how to make people feel at home. We give so much of ourselves to help others, but rarely pause to ask for help ourselves. This mentorship program creates a space to change that, together.
It’s a way for women across the industry to say:
I see you. I’ve been there. You belong here.
Whether you're here to lead or to learn, this is your invitation to invest in yourself and in the future of our industry.
“I rediscovered my fire and my drive. I am grateful to have found this space. This alone influenced how I will move forward in life and my career.”
Tia Johnston
District Sale Representative, Gordon Food Service
Who It’s For
If you're just starting out, and wondering what comes next
If you're in transition and looking for perspective or clarity
If you’ve built experience and want to share what you’ve learned
If you believe in the power of women supporting women
Then you belong here.
Program Schedule
Each 3-month cohort is thoughtfully designed to foster connection, reflection, and growth. The experience includes a virtual welcome session to ground the group, monthly one-on-one conversations between mentors and mentees (about 2 hours per month), a midpoint check-in to reconnect, and a closing session to reflect, celebrate progress, and carry lessons forward.
Interested in being a mentee?
Whether you're new to the industry or navigating a transition, mentorship can be a powerful way to build clarity, confidence, and connection.
As a mentee, you'll:
Be matched with an experienced woman in the industry
Build leadership and communication skills
Explore challenges in a supportive space
Set meaningful goals, and be encouraged to reach them
Learn what it means to lead with care
Interested in being a mentor?
You don’t need to have all the answers, just the experience of showing up, learning, and growing along the way. You might be the leader someone else is waiting for.
As a mentor, you'll:
Support a woman on her leadership journey
Refine your own coaching and communication skills
Share insights from your lived experience
Contribute to a stronger, more connected industry
Be reminded of how far you’ve come
